Refund & Satisfaction Policy

Because coffee is a consumable product, we're unable to accept physical returns once an order has been placed. But that doesn't mean we'll leave you hanging. If something's off with your order, we genuinely want to hear about it and we'll do our best to make it right.


Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If something goes wrong with your order — damaged packaging, a missing item, an incorrect product, or a quality issue — reach out to us within 30 days of your order date and we'll work with you on a resolution.

We review every case individually, and refunds to your original payment method may be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances.


Refund Requirements

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please have the following ready when you contact us:

  • Order number (found in your confirmation email)
  • Description of the issue — what happened and when you noticed it
  • Photo or video evidence of the problem (damaged packaging, incorrect item, etc.)
  • Item must be unopened and unused

Please note that refunds are not available for personal taste preferences.
